From coat care to a puppy’s first Salon visit, Sam tailors each service to the dog in front of her. Suitability is assessed individually. There is no fixed exclusion list by breed, size, coat, age or health condition.
Sam may adapt or decline a service for welfare or safety reasons, or stop grooming for those reasons. Sam will talk through the most suitable approach with you.
Full groom
Bathing, drying, brushing and complete styling or clipping tailored to your dog, subject to coat condition and welfare.
De-shedding
Loose undercoat is removed from suitable double-coated dogs without routine clipping. It will not stop shedding, and no fixed amount of coat removal is guaranteed.
Hand stripping
Suitable topcoat hairs are gently removed from the root for appropriate wire-coated dogs following Sam’s individual assessment; not every terrier or coat is suitable.
Puppy pamper
A gentle introduction to the Salon’s sights, sounds, handling and equipment. Puppies may attend from one week after their final vaccination; owners confirm vaccination status.
Nail trim and under‑paw tidy
Comfort-focused nail maintenance, with under-paw trimming where Sam judges it appropriate and safe. Medical or painful paw concerns need veterinary advice.

There is no one-size-fits-all price. Your dog’s breed, size, coat type and condition, behaviour, and the time or work required affect the quote.
Sam will agree the price before grooming begins. Payment is due at the Salon after grooming by cash or card.
