This page explains the approved privacy baseline for contacting Prestons Perfect Paws. The complete production notice is published only after its hosting and provider facts are approved.

It cannot pass its production gate until the production host, server logs, processors, purposes, lawful bases, privacy rights and international transfers are accurate and approved. No unresolved provider or hosting fact is presented here as final.
Who is responsible
Prestons Perfect Paws Ltd is responsible for the personal information it handles. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 16085774. Its registered office is 4 Station Court, Cannock, England, WS11 0EJ; that address is not the Salon.

Contact information and retention
The website has no public form. If you make an Appointment Request by WhatsApp, phone or email, Sam initially needs the owner’s name, preferred contact method, dog’s name, breed or size, age, requested service, availability, coat condition, and relevant health or behaviour information.
A full address, veterinary details, vaccination confirmation, signatures and detailed records are collected later only when they are genuinely needed to provide the service.
Prestons Perfect Paws deletes unsuccessful Appointment Request messages within 12 months of the last contact, unless they are needed for an active complaint, dispute or legal obligation. This rule applies across WhatsApp, email and copied notes.
The confirmed-client record-retention period is awaiting the business insurer’s documented requirement and has not been guessed. It covers consent, grooming, incident and veterinary-authority records.
Your privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information. Prestons Perfect Paws will verify your identity, search relevant business email, WhatsApp and Salon records, and respond or delete where legally permitted. Information required for a legal claim or mandatory record may be restricted instead of deleted early.
